As a Fachfrau/Fachmann Langzeitpflege & Betreuung EFZ, you are responsible for providing dignified and high-quality care to individuals who need long-term care. Your commitment significantly contributes to residents maintaining their independence for as long as possible and feeling well cared for.

Our personnel office for care in Zurich recruits qualified professionals for open positions in care, especially in nursing homes, retirement residences, and specialized long-term care facilities. We are looking for committed care professionals who are passionate about caring for elderly or dependent individuals.

Deine Aufgaben – Für ein würdevolles Leben im Alter

• Holistic care and support for residents in long-term care
• Assistance with daily personal hygiene, mobilization, and eating
• Implementation of medical measures as per doctor's orders (e.g., medication administration, wound care)
• Close collaboration with nursing professionals, physicians, and interdisciplinary teams
• Observation and documentation of the residents' health status
• Promotion of quality of life through activating measures and individual care
• Communication with relatives to ensure transparency and trust

Dein Profil – Dein Fachwissen macht den Unterschied

• Completed training as a Fachfrau/Fachmann Langzeitpflege & Betreuung EFZ
• Ideally, experience in long-term care, but motivated career starters are welcome
• Empathy and patience in dealing with dependent individuals
• Independent and responsible work ethic
• Enjoyment of working in an interdisciplinary team
• Very good German skills in spoken and written communication
