For our client, we are looking for a Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ for a modern medical institution in the public sector in Zollikon (Switzerland). The organization is well-established, hands-on managed, and places great importance on quality-oriented, respectful care.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 care and closely accompany patients in their daily lives.
• Support in basic and treatment care according to nursing concepts and medical guidelines.
• Ensure structured and safe care in a psychiatric environment (experience in psychiatry is advantageous).
• Document nursing services and observations according to internal standards.
• Actively collaborate with the interdisciplinary team (nursing, support, therapy, doctors).
• Communicate with patients and relatives in German and English.
• Participate in the implementation of quality and safety measures.

Your Profile

• Completion as a Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ.
• Experience in private care or in comparable intensive personal care.
• Fluent English skills for communication in daily nursing activities (at least B2).
• Good observational skills and secure handling of changes in health status.
• Sense of responsibility, empathy, and professional conduct in challenging situations.
• Secure documentation practices and understanding of nursing standards.
• Team spirit and respectful collaboration in an interdisciplinary environment.
• Independent and responsible working style.
• Well-groomed appearance.
