Dental Assistant for the Operational Organization of Continuing Education

The Center for Dentistry at the University of Zurich (ZZM) is an internationally recognized clinic, training, and research center. In six specialized clinics and one institute, dentists and scientists work at the forefront of knowledge and in interdisciplinary teams to achieve the highest quality in patient treatment, teaching, and research.

The Clinic for Reconstructive Dentistry (RZM) ensures the care of patients requiring reconstructions with complex starting conditions and high aesthetic demands. Depending on the patient's wishes and clinical situation, removable and/or fixed reconstructions are integrated.

Responsibilities

• Take on a central role in the operational organization of our national and international continuing education programs and simultaneously support our team in clinical daily routine.
• Chairside assistance in all areas of dentistry with a focus on prosthetics and surgery, including intraoral radiography.
• Patient care and ensuring workplace organization and practice hygiene.
• Assist in the training of our learners.

Profile

• Completed vocational training as a dental assistant with radiography authorization.
• Enjoy treating, supporting, and advising patients.
• Flexible, reliable, and engaged team player with a high quality awareness and a friendly, well-groomed appearance.
• Ideally brings experience in dental prosthetics and implantology.
• Having a certificate for training dental assistant learners is an advantage.
