We are looking for a motivated health professional to join our team starting on July 1, 2026, or by agreement. Your tasks include:

• Provide dedicated assistance in patient rehabilitation through holistic care and support, recognizing resources, and targeted encouragement and motivation.
• Observe and identify changes in our patients and respond responsibly.
• Execute medical orders accurately and reliably; document objectively and precisely.
• Ensure patients feel secure and cared for through professional and empathetic support.

Your Profile

You should have a vocational qualification as a health professional (Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ) and ideally experience in rehabilitation care and using PC programs (Office and KIS). You enjoy working in a team, are service-oriented, and have an affinity for the elderly. Your positive mindset and open personality are distinguishing qualities.
