You will be responsible for basic care and empathetic support for residents in daily activities. This includes assistance with personal care, dressing, eating, and mobilization. You will also measure vital signs and administer medications as prescribed, maintain careful observation, and documentation of care, and collaborate closely with qualified nursing professionals.

Your Profile

• Professional qualification as a Healthcare Specialist (Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ)
• Experience in long-term or acute care is a plus
• Team spirit, reliability, and genuine interest in people
• Good German language skills (B1–B2)
• Willingness to work in shifts

Working conditions: You will work in a psychiatric environment where relationships are the primary tool. You will assist people in crises, offer support, and operate within clear structures.
