Medical Practice Assistant in Women's Clinic

You are looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a Medical Practice Assistant to start immediately or by agreement.

• 40% position
• You will be responsible for appointment scheduling, patient coordination, and preparation for consultations.
• You will welcome our patients, register them, and provide telephone consultations.
• Documenting outpatient consultations and assisting doctors in certain procedures are also part of your tasks.

Your Profile:

• You have completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ.
• You are a friendly, empathetic, reliable, and flexible personality.
• Professional experience in gynecology.
• Excellent German language skills; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Proficient in handling medical-technical devices and possess solid PC knowledge.
• Organizational and communication skills, along with the ability to work under pressure and as part of a team, round out your profile.
