As a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ, you will work in a hospital in the Canton of Bern with a workload of 80 to 100%. In this responsible role, you will handle tasks in patient disposition, coordinate appointments, treatment processes, and accompany patients professionally from the first contact to outpatient care.

What to Expect in This Challenging Role:

• Participation in outpatient consultations
• Organization of the entire patient process from first contact to pre-examinations, care assessments, and surgery planning
• Patient disposition including bed capacity coordination
• Scheduling and preparation of anesthesia discussions
• Reporting and scheduling in the outpatient sector
• Capturing patient data in IT systems
• Professional communication with patients and internal and external specialists
