What Sets You Apart

• Enthusiasm for the education and training of pharmacy staff as well as enjoyment in moderation and presentation in front of groups.
• Interest in educational topics related to "children" and the supervision and development of our medinform-certified children's pharmacies.
• Initial office experience, ideally in the health or pharmacy environment. You know: organization and administrative tasks are your forte.
• Communicative, reliable, and proactive personality with sociability and team orientation.
• Hands-on mentality, independent and structured way of working as well as sense of responsibility.
• Experience in training or educational fields is an advantage (not a must).

Your Tasks

In this versatile role, you take responsibility for the medinform-certified children's pharmacies. You oversee and further develop these. You develop modern training concepts and course programs for the specialized pharmacies and additional courses on children. You are responsible for the pharmacies and courses from A to Z, including the supervision and execution of organizational and administrative activities. To do this, you coach our speakers, ensure high-quality course materials, and thus create an inspiring learning experience. You work with partners from the health sector and industry, maintain a strong network and actively contribute to the team. Depending on the workload, the focus of the tasks can be adjusted.
