PraxisassistentIn (40–50% or more) – TCM Practice in the greater Zurich area

For our established TCM practices in the greater Zurich area, we are looking for motivated practice assistants to support our team, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Organize consultations and care for our patients
• Translate between therapists and patients (German / Mandarin)
• Assist in patient acquisition and marketing for TCM
• Administrative tasks such as writing reports, recording services, and managing the cash book
• Support in daily practice operations and adherence to hygiene and disinfection standards

Your profile

• Very good German skills in spoken and written
• Good to very good Chinese (Mandarin) skills are advantageous
• Experience in the administrative field or in healthcare is advantageous
• Friendly, empathetic, and service-oriented interaction with patients
• Independent, structured, and reliable work style
• Organizational talent and resilience even in hectic situations
