Specialist Telemedicine (m/f/d), 60-100%, Zurich / hybrid

As a Specialist in Telemedicine, you will be the first contact for our patients, available for general concerns and providing important support for our medical team due to your overview and service orientation. You shape a modern form of medical care with your skills.

What you will do:

• Take calls, structured initial reception, and triage as per guidelines
• Efficient appointment coordination of callbacks by our medical team
• Written processing of inquiries via e-mail, chat, or patient portal
• Input and maintenance of patient data, careful documentation and follow-up of contacts, agreements, pending items, and appointments in the system
• A significant contribution to customer satisfaction, thanks to empathetic and understandable communication, even in stressful situations

Why you will succeed:

• You have completed a commercial education with EFZ or an equivalent qualification, with initial experience in customer service, reception, call center, and/or in a medical operation, e.g., in a doctor's office, pharmaceutical assistance
• You are proficient with digital systems, file management, and structured documentation
• Your enjoyment of phone communication as well as your pronounced communication skills and willingness to learn round off your profile
• A high degree of empathy, integrity, and teamwork
• Very good German and Swiss German skills (written and spoken) are a must; additional language skills are an advantage
