Your main tasks are

• Care and support of residents according to the care process
• Providing guidance to new care staff and apprentices intermittently
• Performing simple preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures
• Executing delegated measures in health promotion and rehabilitation as instructed
• Contributing to daily life while considering the individual needs of the residents

You possess

• Training as Assistant in Health and Social Care EBA or Caregiver SRK
• Enjoyment of work in the long-term care field
• Good knowledge of German in speech and writing
• Well-groomed appearance and good manners
• Appreciative attitude and strong understanding of older people.
