Your main responsibilities include:

• Caring for residents according to the care process.
• Pointing out tasks to new caregivers and trainees.
• Performing simple preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic actions.
• Executing delegated actions in health promotion and rehabilitation as per directives.
• Co-designing everyday life while considering individual resident needs.

Requirements:

• Training as an Assistant in Health and Social Care EBA or Caregiver SRK.
• Enjoy working in the long-term care sector.
• Good German skills in spoken and written form.
• Well-groomed appearance and good manners.
• Appreciative attitude and a strong understanding of older people.
