Your tasks

• Special examinations such as retinal imaging, visual field measurements, and OCT.
• Independent refraction and preliminary examinations for the specialist.
• Patient care.
• Front desk triage and phone, appointment scheduling using electronic agenda.
• Email correspondence, creating orders, prescriptions, documents, referrals.
• Material management and inventory control of practice pharmacy.
• Invoice and payment tracking.

Your profile

• You have completed training as an Optician, ideally with experience in an eye clinic.
• You already have experience with refractions.
• You speak fluent German and have good English skills.
• You are engaged, service-oriented, with empathy for our patients.
• You work independently and accurately, are flexible and resilient, and are a team player.
• You have computer skills and are IT-savvy.
• You are a patient-oriented, friendly, and motivated individual.
