Job Responsibilities

• Conduct care and support for guests in various situations.
• Document electronically using "Care-Coach" in the nursing area.
• Take on treatment nursing and medical-technical tasks.
• Collaborate in the implementation of the care process and key nursing.
• Take responsibility for the daily operations in the facility.

Requirements

• Completed training as a Fachfrau/Mann Gesundheit EFZ.
• Experience in long-term care (preferred).
• Communicate confidently in German, both orally and in writing.
• Have a warm and humorous approach to work.
• Familiar with electronic nursing documentation and RAI NH or BESA knowledge.
