While Senevita locations offer independent assisted living and comprehensive care, Senevita Casa is the leading provider of private Spitex services in Switzerland.

For the Multengut residence in b. Bern, we are looking for a mindful and team-oriented person as:

Your Tasks

• Professional, individual care and support according to established care guidelines.
• Respectful and loving accompaniment of residents, with their dignity and self-determination at the forefront.
• Participation in reports, team meetings, and further education.
• Ensuring complete, professional, and differentiated care.
• Care documentation in Care Coach.
• Active participation in RAI collection.
• Taking over day or shift responsibility.

Requirements

• Completed training as a Health Professional EFZ and work experience, preferably in long-term care.
• You demonstrate commitment and motivation in the nursing profession and willingly share your knowledge with colleagues and trainees.
• You are independent, competent, and proactive thinking is important to you.
• Empathetic accompaniment of residents is as natural to you as effective organization of work and appreciative collaboration in the team.
• Ideally, you already have knowledge in RAI/RUG and CareCoach.
• Good spoken and written German skills.
