Intern as a Springer and Sit-Watch

As an intern, you will be the direct safety and contact person for patients who are endangered, confused, restless, or severely in need of care in a 3-shift operation.

Your Tasks

• Permanent observation of a patient
• Fall prevention and preventing self-endangerment
• Calming and orienting patients
• Support for simple daily activities
• Alert nursing staff in case of problems or health status changes
• Accompany patients in cases of restlessness, delirium, dementia, or suicidal tendencies
• Night watch for at-risk persons
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and hospital guidelines
• Collaboration with nursing professionals and other professional groups

Your Profile

• You are at least 18 years old
• German language skills at level B2
• Interest in nursing, healthcare, and working as a sit-watch
• Ability to work in a 3-shift operation
• Good observation skills, empathy, and patience
• Enjoyment of dealing with people
• Clear communication, reliability, and teamwork能力
• Physical and psychological resilience
