Specialist in BGM - Health Promotion & Development

Duration position City Hospital Zurich

We are looking for a strategically thinking and team-oriented personality starting August 1, 2026, or by agreement, who will ensure the further development and conceptual implementation of corporate health management together with the BGM team and will work to ensure that BGM is not viewed as an isolated project, but as an integral part of personnel and organizational development.

Tasks

  • Develop and shape the BGM strategy further, with a clear focus on prevention, early detection, and systemic health promotion.
  • Conceptualize, pilot, and scale data-driven tools, particularly an early indicator system for absence analysis, and translate insights into actionable measures.
  • Design participatory processes with leaders and employees to anchor BGM measures appropriately, accepted, and sustainably.
  • Develop target group-specific approaches for risk groups with higher absence burdens and connect these specifically with the offerings of case management.
  • Advise leaders based on data, conduct training and workshops, thereby strengthening supervisors' competencies in dealing with health and stress.
  • Evaluate the impact of BGM measures using clear metrics, derive further developments from it, and contribute to continuous improvement.

Profile

  • University degree in health sciences, psychology, public health, organizational development, or comparable.
  • Several years of professional experience in the healthcare sector or in complex organizations with heterogeneous professional groups.
  • Solid methodological know-how in corporate health management and organizational development.
  • Ability to think conceptually and at the same time implement pragmatically.
  • Ability to effectively participate in an interdisciplinary and agile working HR team, develop joint solutions and incorporate cross-departmental perspectives.
  • Experience in moderation and facilitation of participatory processes.
  • Pronounced data competence and enjoyment of structured analysis as a basis for steering.
