For our certified AEMP, we are looking for a Technical Sterilization Assistant for 100% in Spital Langenthal starting from 01.07.2025 or by agreement.

• Proper pre- and post-preparation as well as care and sterilization of instruments and materials for the operating area, departments, and external clients.
• Compilation of instrument trays, sets, individual articles, and loan instruments.
• Cleaning, operating, and monitoring of machines and devices in accordance with hygiene regulations.
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards according to quality management.
• Willingness to work early, late, and weekend shifts (including holidays).

Requirements:

• Completed FK1 or EFZ MPT.
• Professional experience in an AEMP.
• Confident handling of IT programs, knowledge in Kenus is an advantage.
• Very good oral and written German skills.
• Service-oriented.
• Flexibility and willingness for weekend and on-call duty.
• Responsible team player with an independent and structured way of working.
