Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide basic care and compassionate support to residents in daily activities.
• Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, eating, and mobility.
• Measure vital signs and administer medications as prescribed.
• Careful observation and documentation in the care system.
• Collaborate closely with certified nursing professionals.
• Shared responsibility for hygiene, safety, and well-being.

Requirements:

• Completed training as a healthcare professional (FaGe EFZ).
• Experience in long-term or acute care is a plus.
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and genuine interest in people.
• Good command of German (B1–B2 level).
• Willingness to work in shifts.

Work Environment:

The dementia care operates person-centered, focusing on individuals' biographies. You will create a daily routine with established rituals and familiar actions, recognize non-verbal signals, and respond to restlessness with calmness.
