For a renowned nursing home in the Ittigen region, we are looking for you as a qualified healthcare professional (FaGe) – night shift with bonuses and autonomous work.

Night Shift Responsibilities

• Basic care and empathetic support for residents in daily life.
• Support in personal hygiene, dressing, eating, and mobilization.
• Medical technical tasks such as measuring vital signs and administering medications as prescribed.
• Careful observation and documentation in the electronic care system.
• Accompanying to appointments and structuring daily activities.
• Close collaboration with qualified nursing professionals and the care team.
• Co-responsibility for hygiene, safety, and well-being in the department.
• Conducting independent control rounds and managing night emergencies safely.

Your Strengths

• Completed training as a qualified healthcare professional EFZ.
• Experience in long-term or acute care is a plus.
• Team spirit, reliability, and genuine interest in people.
• Good German language skills (minimum level B1–B2).
• Willingness to work in a shift schedule in a care institution.
• Willingness to work regularly as a night nurse.

Work Environment

This position is for the night shift. During the night, you have special responsibilities: for example, you conduct control rounds, monitor the residents' sleep and condition, and calmly respond to emergencies. You also prepare medications for the morning and pass your observations to the daytime team.
