Your Role as FaGe Psychiatry in Villmergen

• Provide basic care and compassionate support to residents in daily life.
• Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, eating, and mobility.
• Measure vital signs and administer medications as prescribed.
• Carefully observe and document in the care system.
• Collaborate closely with licensed nursing professionals.
• Co-responsibility for hygiene, safety, and well-being.

Requirements for This Position

• Professional qualifications: EFZ as a healthcare specialist.
• Experience in long-term care or acute care is a plus.
• Team spirit, reliability, and genuine interest in people.
• Good command of German (B1-B2).
• Willingness to work in shifts.

You will work in a psychiatric environment. Relationships are the most important tool: you will support people in crisis, provide stability, and work within structured frameworks. De-escalation and keen observation will be part of your daily routine.
