We are looking for an engaged and empathetic Health Professional for Day Service (50-100%) to strengthen our existing team ASAP or by mutual agreement.

Your Main Tasks

• Ensure professional and holistic care and support for our residents during the day (all shifts; working hours: 07:00 to 22:00)
• Recognize individual needs of our residents and timely identify emergency situations and act accordingly
• Participate in quality assurance and support the further development of care quality
• Ensure thorough and complete electronic care documentation (portable tablets)
• Interdisciplinary collaboration with other professionals

You Have

• Completed training as a FAGE EFZ or an equivalent CH-recognized qualification
• Work experience, preferably in long-term care
• Great motivation and enjoyment in working with elderly people
• High social and professional competence
• Independent and responsible working style
• Resilience, flexibility, and team spirit
• Willingness to pursue specific further training
• Humor and reflective capacity
• Good German skills (W/S) and IT affinity
