Health Specialist EFZ, Trainer for Healthcare and AGS Learners 80% - 100%

Your Tasks

• Responsible for professional care and support of our patients in collaboration with nursing professionals
• Additionally responsible for the education of trainees in healthcare and AGS in an interdisciplinary care station
• Convey theoretical and practical fundamentals, create appropriate learning situations and accompany in practical work with a focus on preparing for working life
• Conduct educational conversations, document training statuses, know the current training regulations, and oversee compliance
• Co-responsible for the administrative, logistical, and household matters of the station

Your Profile

• Completed training as Health Specialist EFZ
• Ideally work experience in the acute sector or in vocational training
• Certification as a trainer (SVEB1 or equivalent training) or willingness to acquire it
• Strong social, professional, and methodological competence
• Good German and PC skills
• If having foreign diplomas, SRK recognition is required
