Home Care Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide basic care and support for patients at home.
• Assist beneficiaries with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, meals, etc.).
• Provide moral and social support to patients.
• Collaborate with families and other health professionals.
• Follow hygiene and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Diploma in healthcare assistance or equivalent.
• Experience in home care is an asset.
• Valid driver's license and personal vehicle required.
• Reliable and responsible.
• Familiarity with Medlink software is a plus.
• Available for split shifts only.
• Immediate availability.

We offer a permanent contract with a minimum of 60% workload, providing you with a great degree of autonomy. You will have a schedule established over several weeks, with regular shifts to develop relationships with our patients. You will have access to various training related to your profession.
