Join Spital Bülach as a Medical Practice Assistant in Gynecology & Obstetrics

Responsibilities

• Organize and manage clinic consultation hours
• Assist in amniocentesis, chorionic villus sampling (CVS), vacuum-assisted breast biopsy (mammotome), breast punctures, HSG, urodynamic examinations, and minor surgical procedures
• Telephone duty (triage/appointment scheduling/inquiries/advice)
• Responsible for managing the clinic's email and KISIM mailbox
• Handle general secretarial correspondence, including report writing, insurance inquiries, and administrative tasks for patients, health insurance, and insurers
• Support or assist other MPA's during their absences

Requirements

• Completed training as a medical practice assistant EFZ
• Several years of professional experience, preferably in the gynecological field and in hospital settings
• Friendly, reliable, flexible, and competent personality with high resilience and motivation
• Flair for organization and enjoyment of active patient contact
• Solid knowledge of medical terminology, fluent German, and good MS Office skills
