Responsibilities

• Support physicians during treatments
• Perform various examinations as directed by physicians
• Conduct preliminary and follow-up measures
• Care for and advise patients
• Manage patient records and appointment scheduling
• Assist in surgeries with preparatory and follow-up measures
• Practice management

Qualifications

• Training as a Medical Practice Assistant (MPA EFZ)
• Experience in ENT or General Medicine
• Writing medical reports is an advantage
• Knowledge of Tarmed/Tardoc is desirable
• Experience in aesthetic medicine is an advantage
• Experience in the operating room is preferable
• High service orientation and empathy
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
• Additional languages are desired
• Punctual and reliable
• Responsible and committed
