Auxiliary Health Worker in Private Home Care (100%)

Your Mission

Within a committed and multidisciplinary team, you actively participate in supporting beneficiaries at home by providing professional, caring, and personalized assistance.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Ensure basic care and support in daily activities.
• Help maintain the autonomy and well-being of beneficiaries.
• Make necessary observations and relay information to the care team.
• Accompany beneficiaries in their movements and daily activities.
• Ensure the comfort, safety, and quality of life for the people in care.
• Collaborate closely with nurses and other caregivers in the health network.
• Ensure the traceability of services provided.

Your Profile

• Certificate of Auxiliary Health CRS or equivalent title.
• Confirmed experience in home care is essential.
• Good knowledge of the Riviera-Chablais region.
• Residence in Switzerland, ideally in the Riviera-Chablais region.
• Valid driving license and personal vehicle required.
• Available for full-time work.
• Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and excellent prioritization skills.
• Very good human and relational qualities.
• Ability to work independently while maintaining close collaboration with the team.
• Proficiency in French (oral and written).
