Responsibilities as a FaGe Long-term Care
- Provide basic care and empathetic support to residents in their daily lives
- Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, eating, and mobilization
- Measure vital signs and administer medications as prescribed
- Observe and document care in the care system carefully
- Collaborate closely with diploma nursing professionals
- Share responsibility for hygiene, safety, and well-being
Required Qualifications
- Professional training as a qualified health professional EFZ
- Experience in long-term or acute care is a plus
- Team spirit, reliability, and genuine interest in people
- Good German language skills in spoken and written (B1–B2)
- Willingness to work in shifts
