Responsibilities as a FaGe Long-term Care

• Provide basic care and empathetic support to residents in their daily lives
• Assist with personal hygiene, dressing, eating, and mobilization
• Measure vital signs and administer medications as prescribed
• Observe and document care in the care system carefully
• Collaborate closely with diploma nursing professionals
• Share responsibility for hygiene, safety, and well-being

Required Qualifications

• Professional training as a qualified health professional EFZ
• Experience in long-term or acute care is a plus
• Team spirit, reliability, and genuine interest in people
• Good German language skills in spoken and written (B1–B2)
• Willingness to work in shifts
