International Assistance Managers

Manage international assistance (50% to 100%).

Responsibilities

  • Handle phone inquiries and manage illness or accident claims.
  • Verify insurance coverage and process requests promptly.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding case management.
  • Process urgent requests for credit card blocks.
  • Communicate with various service providers in Switzerland and internationally.

Requirements

  • Very good command of German (level C) or Swiss-German (oral and written).
  • Proficiency in French and English.
  • Maturity level education.
  • Strong communication skills and good writing in the mentioned languages.
  • Calm and empathy with clients in stressful situations, respect for confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in using IT tools and internet.
  • Flexibility and availability for irregular hours, 7 days a week, with at least one weekend per month as per fixed planning.

Assets

  • Proficiency in Italian or other languages.
  • Knowledge of geography and interest in international affairs and travel.
  • Previous experience in customer service.
