International Assistance Managers
Manage international assistance (50% to 100%).
Responsibilities
- Handle phone inquiries and manage illness or accident claims.
- Verify insurance coverage and process requests promptly.
- Respond to inquiries regarding case management.
- Process urgent requests for credit card blocks.
- Communicate with various service providers in Switzerland and internationally.
Requirements
- Very good command of German (level C) or Swiss-German (oral and written).
- Proficiency in French and English.
- Maturity level education.
- Strong communication skills and good writing in the mentioned languages.
- Calm and empathy with clients in stressful situations, respect for confidentiality.
- Proficiency in using IT tools and internet.
- Flexibility and availability for irregular hours, 7 days a week, with at least one weekend per month as per fixed planning.
Assets
- Proficiency in Italian or other languages.
- Knowledge of geography and interest in international affairs and travel.
- Previous experience in customer service.
