  • Training as Fachperson Gesundheit EFZ
  • Competent, independent personality with a high sense of responsibility
  • Good IT skills
  • Driving license category B
  • Ideally familiar with the Spitex operation.

• Your Role
  You ensure professional and holistic care of our clients at home in the areas of somatics, wound care, palliative care, and dementia. You work closely with our nursing experts, doctors, hospitals, and other healthcare service providers, collectively shaping a connected and forward-looking outpatient service. You will support, accompany, and promote our FaGe and AGS learners.
