Responsibilities

• Basic care and empathetic support of residents in daily activities
• Assist with personal care, dressing, eating, and mobilization
• Measure vital signs and dispense medications as prescribed
• Careful observation and documentation in the care system
• Work closely with licensed nursing staff
• Joint responsibility for hygiene, safety, and well-being

Requirements

• Professional training as a Fachfrau/Fachmann Gesundheit EFZ
• Experience in long-term or acute care is a plus
• Team-oriented, reliable, and genuinely interested in helping people
• Good German language skills (B1-B2)
• Willingness to work in shifts

Work Environment

Dementia care is person-centered: the focus is on the individual and their biography. You will create daily routines with established habits, recognize non-verbal signals, and calmly handle restlessness.
