Your main tasks include:

• Holistic management of the medication process: Support residents through all phases of medication care, from prescription to safe application, ensuring individual and professional care.
• Pharmaceutical consultation and expertise: Act as a competent contact for home doctors and care teams, handling pharmaceutical inquiries with high professionalism and commitment.
• Interface management: Ensure secure and coordinated medication supply during transitions between inpatient and outpatient care.
• Quality-oriented collaboration: Actively contribute to the development of quality management and work closely with various professional groups to continuously improve medication supply.
• Knowledge transfer: Share your pharmaceutical know-how in a practical and understandable way, fostering professional exchange and collective development.
• Acting as deputy for the pharmacy manager: During the absence of the pharmacy manager, ensure smooth operations in medication supply and team management.

Your qualifications:

• Completed pharmacy degree, ideally supplemented by experience in clinical or hospital pharmacy.
• Precise, responsible work style with solid IT knowledge applicable in daily tasks.
